Welcome to KETTLEHELL, the tough and intense kettlebell-focused group fitness class at Tribe Fitness! This class is designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination as we flow through a variety of movements in a high-energy atmosphere.
Each class will begin with a thorough warm-up, followed by a series of exercises targeting all or specific parts of the body. We will use kettlebells to focus on building strength and power while also working on coordination and agility.
